We are working on a rare opportunity for a rehab manager at one of central Illinois finest skilled nursing centers. This will offer the person to join a regional rehab company that places family first. We are looking for a physical therapist to oversee the rehab department at two locations in central Illinois. The therapist will have responsibility for overseeing a staff of 4 (PTA, COTA, OTR, & Speech Therapist).
The Physical therapist must act as both a clinician as well as a manager. The Physical therapist will have scheduling and payroll responsibilities. They will have limited budgetary responsibilities as there will be a business manager to assist on these activities.
The ideal individual will have 2-3 years of therapy experience preferably in skilled nursing. We will look at recent graduates as well. This person would be familiar with PPS and Medicare billing.
