Physician will be experienced in working with Skilled Nursing Facilities
This is a .50 FTE (20 hours a week)
Physician will work opposite 2 – full-time Nurse Practitioners who manage the day-to-day care of patients
Physician will be responsible for collaborating with APRNs
13 locations throughout southern Illinois area; Aviston, Breese, Carlyle, New Baden, Highland, Greenville, Centralia, Lebanon, Glen Carbon
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Must be licensed for Physician and Surgeon in the state of practice. Must also maintain an Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA when applicable to their specialty. Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program. Must be board certified or board eligible.
