THE LOCATION: Norfolk or Hampton, Virginia
Ready for a change? We have an excellent, full time opportunity available for a psychiatry experienced PMHNP, FNP or PA to join our teams in Norfolk and Hampton, Virginia. Our practice is very stable and established and the focus is on providing the absolute highest level of quality patient care. The staff is friendly and team oriented and a healthy work|life balance is encouraged.
DETAILS
Position can be a combination of in-office and remote (telehealth) with your input dictating this breakdown for the most part
Primarily telehealth available for Virginia licensed candidates who live within 200 miles of the Hampton, VA area and willing to go to the office once|month
Flexible scheduling – Monday-Friday
Weekend hours available if desired, but not required
No call
W2 model with full benefits, assuming at least 30 clinical hours per week are set aside. 1 paid administrative hour for every 3 paid clinical hours to pay for time spent documenting
Earning potential up to $200k depending on bonus attainment and how you structure your schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assess, diagnose & treat | prescribe for clients, utilizing a combination of telehealth and in-office visits
Work with children & families
Collaborate with therapists in-house on cases that are shared
QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Board Certification required
Masters of Science in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required
Five years of PMHNP, psych FNP or psych PA experience is required
FNPs with 5 years of psych NP experience who are also PMHNP students with a graduation date are welcome to apply
Must be comfortable working with children and families
Comfortable working with people of diverse backgrounds
