Immediate need for a Psychologist to join a well established behavioral Health group. Lets Discuss
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) Experience
Preferred trauma counseling experience; testing for MMPI and IQ Testing
PhD or PsyD
Licensed in Kentucky
Base Salary Range: $100,000 payable over 26 pay period annually
Production Bonus: $800 monthly potential – meeting an average for the month of 7 visits per day.
CME: Up to $1,500 a year reimbursement
License & Association Fees: Up to $1,200 a year reimbursement Health/Dental/Vision/Life: Organization pays a portion of all
401k Plan: $1 for $1 match on first 3% of income and .50 cents on 4th and 5th% for a max match at 4% of your income. This is a Safe Harbor Plan so you are 100% vested on the company match immediately.
Time Off: Years 1 to 4: Accrual of 6.46 hours per pay period (21 days)
Year 4+: Accrual of 8.00 hours per pay period (26 days)
10 Paid Holidays (including your birthday)
Earn additional extended illness time: caps at 6 weeks
Loan Repayment: NHSC loan eligibility
Call Rotation: Not required at this time
Saturday: Not required at this time
Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours weekly. One night until 6:30; will start later that day or can work a full day and schedule another day shorter.
Average patients per pa expected 7 (some days will be more, some may be less)
New Patients and follow ups when needed – 60 minutes
Stable follow ups – 30 minutes
Testing appointments will be longer as needed if candidate has qualification to do MMPI and IQ Testing
20 and 30 minute follow-ups
