Radiology Manager Great Pay Great Benefits MLee has been engaged by one of our clients in Midwest Kansas for a Radiology Manager. A radiology manager oversees a radiology clinic or department, which provides imaging services such as X-rays to patients. Radiology managers make sure that patients get the care they need by operating ultrasound, MRI, or X-ray machines themselves according to patient care standards. Requirements: Technical knowledge of positioning for diagnostic x-ray, CT, and C-Arm/Fluoroscopy Ability to evaluate images and provide technical assistance to staff Knowledge of budget management Management experience preferred Capable of resolving issues arising within the Radiology Department in accordance with hospital values Current ARRT Certification Current Kansas Licensure Responsibilities: Reviews work schedules and assign duties Monitor and maintain quality service and image production Oversee purchasing of supplies and equipment based upon budget requirements Monitor and assist in diagnosing network issues in order to maintain workflow in the department Develop and implement policies and procedures Monitor radiation levels for employees to ensure safety Oversee PACS administration to ensure organization and ready access of patient exams Oversee the scheduling of and documentation completion for MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, and Bone Densitometry For immediate and confidential consideration email a copy of your resume:Haden Guerrero / Intern Recruiter 608-640-3900Haden@mleehealthcare.com
