COMPENSATION: Competitive Compensation Generous Benefits On-the-job leadership training ROLE: Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. Must be able to assess, implement, and evaluate nursing care to a diverse group of patients using sound critical thinking and decisive judgment in accordance with approved policies, procedures, and protocols. Must have specific and basic knowledge in the principle, methods, and techniques involved in nursing practice and the care of acutely ill patients. Accurately and appropriately documents patient care and treatments including, but not limited to, medications, vital signs, intake, and output. Develops and documents a patient-specific care plan for each inpatient within 24 hours of admission. Demonstrates fiscal responsibility through appropriate charging of supplies and pharmacy items. EDUCATION: Degree from an accredited School of Nursing Bachelors degree preferred At least one year of RN experience in emergency room preferred EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one year of acute care nursing REQUIRED: Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications, required TNCC certification is required within 6 months of hire
