School-Based Clinician|Social Worker needed in Vermont!
This is a full-time, permanent position.
This program offers contracted clinical and behavioral support services to schools in the County for the provision of on-site mental and behavioral health services. Clinicians provide a more accessible intake process for students and develop more active collaborations with families, schools, and treatment teams.
Services Provided: Services options include Individual, group, and family psychotherapy, case management (i.e. Service Planning and Service Coordination, Community Supports, Community Supports Group), and daily one-on-one behavioral intervention and skills building; On-site crisis assessment|intervention; Consultation|support for school teams.
Job Qualifications
Masters in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or similar required. (Work is in-person, in school).
State of VT licensed or working towards licensure
Hours are Monday-Friday, 8-5 pm
