A dynamic and expanding non-profit clinic near San Jose, California has an immediate need for a fulltime Senior Director of Behavior Health and Social Services . Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and maintain procedures, protocols, and systems on an on-going basis to ensure the program’s relevance, usability, and sustainability for patients and clinic staff.
  • Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operations Officer to develop strategic plans for clinic’s behavioral health programs.
  • Oversee the development of comprehensive treatment plans with the treatment team.
  • Participate in and is responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of individual and group behavior therapy programs.
  • Participate in patient treatment, including case conferences and reviews, as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team.
  • Perform behavioral health screening, triage, evaluation, and assessment to determined appropriate level of behavioral health care.

Job Requirements:

  • Doctorate in Psychology
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university and LCSW in the State of California, or PhD in Psychology and license as a Psychologist in the State of California.
  • Experience in a leadership role indicated by successfully forming a team that is highly productive and demonstrates collaborative relationships with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience or as lead person overseeing the implementation of a program of significant size and scope.
  • Grant and budget experience
  • Three or more years of directly related experience.
  • Experience in a leadership role indicated by successfully forming a team that is highly productive and demonstrates collaborative relationships with multi-disciplinary teams.
