(Physician/MD qualifications required) Sleep Medicine – SLEEP MEDICINE SOUTHERN OREGON
WE are seeking a Sleep Medicine physician to join our outpatient practice in Southern OR.
Candidates must be BC|BE in Sleep Medicine and have completed a Sleep Medicine fellowship program.
Our growing team currently has six Pulmonologists, three NPs and an excellent support staff.
This position is 100% outpatient. No Visa candidates considered

OPPORTUNITYHIGHLIGHTS:
? Year 1 Guaranteed base compensation of $335,000
? Year 2 The higher of the guaranteed base salary or $|wRVU based salary plus annual performance
incentives up to 16% of base compensation per year; Year 3 – $|wRVU based salary plus incentives.
? $50,000 signing bonus
? $15,000 relocation assistance
? $5,000 annual CME allowance
? 240 hours (30 clinic days) of authorized time off per year
? Comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, vision, and retirement
