Welcome to MediMatch Jobs (“the Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and the services provided therein. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.
2. Definitions
- User: Any individual or entity using the Site, including job seekers and employers.
- Job Seeker: Any individual using the Site to seek employment opportunities.
- Employer: Any individual or entity using the Site to post job listings or search for potential employees.
3. Use of Site
- Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
- Account Registration: To access certain features of the Site, Users may be required to register an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
- Prohibited Conduct: Users shall not:
- Post or transmit any false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent their affiliation with a person or entity.
- Post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

- Accuracy: Employers are responsible for ensuring that their job listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Compliance: Employers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment and labor laws, when posting job listings.
- Right to Remove: The Site reserves the right to remove any job listings that it deems inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.
5. User Content
- Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for any content they post on the Site, including resumes, job listings, and any other information.
- License: By posting content on the Site, Users grant the Site a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Site.
6. Privacy
- Data Collection: The Site may collect and use personal information as described in its Privacy Policy.
- Cookies: The Site uses cookies to enhance User experience. By using the Site, Users consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the Site’s Cookie Policy.
